By accessing this web site, (“Honey Hole Fishing LLC,” “us,” “our,” or “we”) You agree to comply with all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations regarding online conduct and transmission of information. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

Membership

Honey Hole Fishing LLC offers a membership that provides the user with access to the “Dollar Angler Club”. Where products are sold at wholesale cost to the “Member”.

Membership Fees

Membership fees will be billed monthly (the “Term”) No user shall be permitted to access the membership store without authorization of Honey Hole Fishing LLC. Members are not guaranteed “lowest price”.

All Memberships renew automatically. When you register for the Dollar Anglers Club, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Honey Hole Fishing LLC (or any of its DBA’s) is authorized to charge you on a monthly basis for your Membership (in addition to any applicable taxes and other charges) for as long as your Membership continues. Your membership will continue to auto renew until you cancel it or we suspend or stop providing access to the Services in accordance with these terms.

Users may cancel their subscription for Online Services at any time upon the delivery of written notice to the following: (a) by e-mail to support@honeyholefishing.com, or (b) by U.S. mail or other delivery to Honey Hole Fishing LLC, Attn: President, 831 Bramblett Valley, O’Fallon, Missouri 63366.

Honey Hole Fishing LLC may, in its sole discretion, offer free trial Memberships for a limited period of time (“Free Trial”). The details of such Free Trial will be communicated to you when you sign up for the Free Trial. Once the time period for the Free Trial ends, Honey Hole Fishing LLC (or any of its DBA’s) will begin billing your chosen payment method on a recurring basis based on the Term of your Membership.

Refund Policy and Return Policy

Honey Hole Fishing LLC (or any of its DBA’s) declare that products must be returned in the same condition it was sent. Honey Hole Fishing LLC reserves the right to charge a 30% restocking fee for any and all returned product. Honey Hole Fishing LLC is not responsible for paying the shipping cost on any returned item. The customer is required to pay for the return label (RMA) and is advised to pay to insure the package. If the package is received by Honey Hole Fishing LLC and not in the same condition it was sent in, then the customer may not receive a refund and it is the sole discretion of Honey Hole Fishing LLC to decide if a product is eligible for a refund. The “Customer” is required to notify Honey Hole Fishing LLC via email at support@honeyholefishing.com that a return and refund will be requested. Honey Hole Fishing LLC does not need to provide a refund to the “Customer” if Honey Hole Fishing LLC has not previously received a request for a refund.

Disclaimer

Honey Hole Fishing LLC (or any of its DBA’s) is not liable in any way for any injury incurred by any and all of the products/services sold, distributed, or provided by Honey Hole Fishing LLC. Honey Hole Fishing LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

By entering any giveaway, you agree that you are subscribing to the: email newsletters, promotional activity, and granting your approval for benefactors to contact you regarding offers, information on giveaways, and special promotions. Acquisition or Merger. In the event the company become the subject of an insolvency proceeding, whether voluntary or involuntary, we or our liquidator, administrator, receiver or administrative receiver may sell, license or otherwise dispose of, such information in a transaction approved by the court. Your provided information may be sold at any time to any other company or person(s). We may disclose, sell or transfer your information to a third party who acquires or annexes any or all of our company; whether such acquisition is by way of merger, consolidation or purchase of all or a substantial portion of our assets.

Limitations

In no event shall Honey Hole Fishing LLC or any of its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Honey Hole Fishing LLC (or any of its DBA’s) Internet site, even if a representative of Honey Hole Fishing LLC has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
